Excellant and absolutely perfect setting for everything I needed. Took a walk around city centre, located just a pleasant stroll away from the hotel. Overall it was good sized on a laptop.

I liked 1 night in this property. The hotel was absolutely spotless and functional with exceptional personnel from the receptionists checking in and out. The location was particularly good for walking around Preston Guild Hall. Moreover, the area was modern. It included excellant restaurant which has a nice atmosphere.

Friendly efficient staff, good quality room, great breakfast, good value for money at least on a late weekend deal as we had.
From the outside it's one of the most hideous buildings in an area of Preston blighted by such, and not the easiest place in the world to get to on foot

Comfortable.helpful friendly staff Restaurant quite good although quiet at dinnertime reflects in food preparation and presentation.Visit Preston to see family very convenient for this as I do not need to hire a car
Grim location when is anything going to happen to improve Preston the bus station end feels quite threatening to walk through at night.No WIfi could not use IPad or any non plug in laptop.Strong smell of smoking all the time,the room smelt of stale cigarettes
